Hillbilly

Purported to have originated from an Arkansas cubensis, names after a gentleman who went by the name of Hillbilly, this cubensis variety has become wildly popular. Mycologists admire Hillbilly for its quick rate of colonization, resistance to contamination, and ability to flourish in a wide range of environmental conditions.

Spores appear to be a dark purple in color.
